At Good Games, we want you to love your fit; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original security tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
